National Medical College Network

The prime objective of NMCN is to create a standard and cohesive environment for medical education to meet the rising demands of medical community. NMCN is in the process to restructure and reform medical content available online and make quality education accessible to all medical professionals in all parts of the country. NMCN is creating and populating medical education content on SAKSHAM, a digital learning initiative of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India & serves as an open access Learning Management Information System (LMIS) for capacity building of health care professionals.

Standardization of the content is done by adhering to the SOPs. Revalidation and checks are done to maintain the quality standards. So far more than 730 lessons from various disciplines of medical undergraduate curriculum by National Medical Commission have been uploaded under NMCN-LMIS.
